Sound Mapping with SPreAD-GIS

Southern Utah Wilderness Alliance
At SUWA, I began using SPreAD-GIS, an open-source sound mapping tool, to analyze potential noise impacts of projects or agency actions. This work informed agency comments and supported public outreach campaigns.
To streamline this workflow, I also created a Python 3 script to automate the data pre-processing required for the SPreAD-GIS tool to run successfully.
